Enrolment can take place at any point during the month.
Lessons can only be purchased as sets of 4 lessons.
Tuition fee must be paid before each new set begins.
Cancellation:
In the case of cancellation by Summer Rains due to inclement weather or other circumstances, students will be notified in advance and make-up classes will be arranged.
Refund:
No refunds will be issued if students miss classes. However, make-up lessons will be granted within the subsequent 4 weeks. Missed classes cannot be substituted for the new sets of lessons.
No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for late arrival or early departure.
Withdrawal:
Notice of withdrawal must be provided to Summer Rains no later than the last two lessons. No refunds will be granted for unused lessons.
Withdrawals from the course for any reason prior to the first class of the set will receive a full refund.
In case of students' absences from the first two lessons without any notice, Summer Rains has the right to terminate the enrolment. No refund will be provided.
To not be present during the lesson to ensure that all the students can focus and have the utmost freedom of expression.
Summer Rains shall not be held financially responsible or liable for any injuries that may occur in the studio. The use of potentially dangerous tools (eg.scissor, hot glue gun) will be closely supervised and only permitted to students who are capable of using them.
Summer Rains is not responsible for providing care before or after class for students at any time. Students must be dropped off at most 5 minutes before class starts and picked up on time when the class ends.
Parents must pick up their child(ren) by themselves or notify Summer Rains if someone else does it.
To replace or compensate for any damage to the studio or the attached space and their contents through misbehavior or vandalism. Any accidental damage happening through regular use will not be charged for.
